Pitch Booking
Use the form below to request a home pitch. Requests are handled by our Fixtures Secretary.
Team managers should submit their home pitch request by 9am on the Monday prior to the match weekend. Preferred kick-off times can be requested but may not always be accommodated due to the number of matches each week — we will be as accommodating and as fair as possible.
Kick-off times and the match day rota (set up / clear away) will be confirmed on this page no later than Tuesday morning each week to enable details to be communicated to your teams and opposition.

Match Day Information
Goals, Corner Flags & Respect Lines
The team kicking off first on each pitch is responsible for collecting and setting up goals, corner flags, and respect lines from the lockup at either the Green or Discovery Centre. The team kicking off last is responsible for taking them down and returning them to the lockup.
Green Set Up
Cones are placed on the pavement (not the road) all the way around the Green on both sides from the end of the double yellow lines near the Doctors Surgery to past the junction with Tufted Close, and on both sides of the road near the pub towards the Community Centre. Respect signs and boot scrapers are placed at key entry points. Rubbish bins to be placed on the green between the pitches.
Clear Away
All equipment to be returned to the lock up and stored neatly. All areas of exit from the green to be thoroughly swept and cleaned of mud.
Parking
There is no parking around the Green in the coned off areas or in the Community Hall car park.
Mud
Players and spectators must use the boot brushes and mats to clean muddy boots and shoes. Please do not bang or stamp boots on the paths surrounding the Green.
